Bellow are hand regged domains that sold by Mike Mann since January 2018 up to date. Mike Mann is the CEO of DomainMarket.com. He sold so many names but I am only adding those that meets up with my cut off marks.
AcademiaBlockchain.com registered on 6/12/2016 and sold on 17th January, 2018 for $4,000 at his DomainMarket.com,
ValueSpec.com sold on 17th February, 2018, he bought it for $20 on 26th May, 2017 and sold it for $5,000 at his market place. While the domain was registered on 21/4/2015.
The last but not the list from Mike Mann Portfolio
KidsLivesMatter.com a three word domain; registered on 27th May, 2015 by the previous owner. Mike bought it from the owner for $15 on 5th July, 2016 and he renewed it for another 2 years and sold it for $5,000 on April 3rd 2018. The Owner sold it to him either on auction or probably because he either needs money or does not know the value. In short I would rather say; it was due to lack of knowledge or impatience.
You see! Lack of patience happened to many of domain investors and lost many valuable domains in auction place, especially when there are no other bidders and when the domain is having no reserve price.
BlockAffiliates.com sold by another namepros.com member on 20th June 2018, the domain name was registered on 14th January, 2018 sold at undeveloped for $3,000.

TheLocal.fi sold at sedo on 6/27/2018 for a sum of $22,040 can you believes
it was registered on 22nd Match, 2017. The domain was sold after one
year and few months. Well I am leaving for another day until
next week when I will surly bring you another new hand reg sales. Until then, I

June, 2016 sold at sedo in June 2018; that meant, the sale was within 2 years.
Vacation.rentals, this nGTLD name was registered on 4th
December, 2017 sold on April 11th, 2018. Imagine, that was; 4months from
registration date.
Gomo.in registered on April 4th 2016 and sold on April 4th
2018 for $9,500 in exact 2 years after registration date.

registered on 11th January, 2013 and sold for a sum of $15,000 on 19th
April, 2015.
BlockchainNetwork.com sold for a sum of
$10,250 on 16th January, 2018 at GoDaddy but it was registered on 12th
December, 2013; that was sold in three years.
My View on the above sales
What I ‘m expecting the new bies to note
is that, hand registered domains may not sell in one year if it is good but it
will definitely sell for good money if the investor can be patient enough. Though,
you can do out-bounding marketing but, domaining requires a lot of patience in
most times; if you intend to sell for good money. It is like the adage saying “that
a patient dog eats fat bones”
