The article is a very nice one.@Bob Hawkes had written many useful materials on namepros; but I found this one more beneficial for domainers, especially, very good for new comers in domain industry very useful and, I therefore wish to bring it to you the beginners to quickly catch up with the ideas of getting good domain sales and also for the experienced  for continues learning. While I liked the write-up is that it includes so many tools that are of good value for valuation of hand reg domains.
